These terms of website use (the "terms") govern your use of planramp.com and the marketing pages it publishes. They do not govern the separate agreement between a tradesperson and their own customer, and they are not the terms a tradesperson will agree to when creating a plan through Planramp.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website.

What Planramp is

Planramp is a technology platform. It provides the software and payment infrastructure that lets a trade business create, sell and manage its own recurring service plans and subscriptions.

Planramp does not provide, supervise, guarantee or vet any trade service, and Planramp is not a party to the agreement between a tradesperson and their customer. Each tradesperson using Planramp sets the price, the scope of the plan, their service area and their response times, delivers the work themselves, and is responsible for holding any licences, qualifications and insurance their trade requires.

Nothing on this website should be read as a promise, guarantee or endorsement of any tradesperson's work. If you have a concern about work carried out under a plan, that concern is between you and the tradesperson who carried it out.

Using this website

You may view and use this website for lawful purposes connected with finding out about Planramp or with using its services. You must not misuse the website: do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to any part of this website at any time, for any reason, including maintenance.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, logos and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce or republish any part of this website without our written permission.
